Union County Register of Deeds Remote Access Site
In an effort to balance privacy concerns with public access to data, the Register of Deeds is providing restricted access to the land records recorded in the office. Transfer instruments like deeds are being made available. Security instruments like deeds of trust are not being made available. These records are deemed to have more sensitive information. Vital record indexing information will continue to be available to users, with restrictions such as year only and no parental information. Electronic recording remains strongly encouraged.
